Buying

How do I order online?

To order please go to Monkey Mates' Shop section of the website. In the online shop you can browse and preview our range of products. When you've found an item you wish to purchase simply click on the "Buy" button and the item will then be added to your shopping basket and you can continue to browse other items and add to your order. Once you are satisfied that you have finished shopping you can proceed to the checkout to complete your order. At this point you can verify your order, shipping information, billing and make payment. On completion of the transaction you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

How can I pay for my order?

All payments are carried out through PayPal. You can pay for your order through a PayPal acccount or with any major credit card or debit card including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron.

Is this website secure?

Any personal information you give us will be protected. Payments you make are secure transactions carried out by PayPal using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. PayPal has a long track record of successfully carrying out secure payments and handles millions of transactions every day.

Shipping

Where in the World do you ship to?

We ship items to most location Worldwide - please see our international shipping page for a complete list of countries we accept orders from and also deliver to. UK orders take up to 14 days to process and dispatch. Europe, USA and Canada take up to 21 days to process and deliver. The rest of the world up to 28 days process and deliver.

How much will shipping cost?

Cost of shipping varies depending the type of the items being shipped and the country the items are being shipped to. Details of shipping are on each product page and on the shipping rates page.

Has my order been shipped yet?

Shipping times are from time of dispatch not order and that it may take up to 14 days to dispatch your order depending on our stock levels. UK orders take between 3-5 days to arrive from dispatch. International orders may take up to 3 weeks. If we perceive that there will be any additional delay in fulfilling your order we will notify you by e-mail. We like happy customers so we will alway do our best not to let you down!

So tell me about styles and sizes

Women's Monkey T-shirts are Fit Crew Neck T-shirts available in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL.

  • XS = Extra Small, UK dress size 8, US dress size 4
  • S = Small, UK dress size 10, US dress size 6
  • M = Medium, UK dress size 12, US dress size 8
  • L = Large, UK dress size 14, US dress size 10
  • XL = Extra Large, UK dress size 16, US dress size 12

Men's Monkey T-shirts are available in sizes S, M, L, XL.

  • S = small, to fit chest size 36 inches
  • M = medium, to fit chest size 38 to 40 inches
  • L = Large, to fit chest size 42 inches
  • XL = Extra Large, to fit chest size 44 inches

How should I wash my garment?

We would like to say carefully! Machine wash on a cold setting. Wash dark colours separately. Do not iron the print. Some slight shrinkage may occur.

I want that one but it's out of stock

Monkey Mates keep a limited quantity of printed garments in stock. As monkeys we are used to swinging from trees and eating fruit so are a bit new to this whole selling T-shirts thing and are going to be a bit cautious at least to begin with. We aim with much of our revenue to expand our range as soon as possible but will definitely do reprints too.

So if there is an item that's out of stock let us know what you want and we will do our utmost that it is back in stock soon.

Returns

What is Monkey Mates' policy on returns?

We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us info@monkeymates.com to discuss return, exchange or refund. We DO NOT accept returns without prior agreement.

All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in.

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please include your invoice with the return.

All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We no longer accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

What is Monkey Mates' privacy policy?
